This may be the beginning of a dream come true. Look no further, or read on if you are unsure!

As some of the most experienced guides, we analyse weather predictions prior to every tour, and have close contact with a network of guides for the highest chances to see the Northern Lights. Our 4x4 tour van, is fully equipped with everything we may need in the arctic, allowing us to discover remote scenery, reaching the more calm and peaceful places. As a small group of no more than 8 people, we pick you up at a central location, allowing us more time for finding, and seeing the Aurora earlier! With no two nights the same, our enthusiasm and dedication never fades.

Upon reaching suitable skies, we will set up camp for the evening. Most of the time this is a shorter drive to the surrounding coastal islands of Tromsø, or if needed a longer drive into Finland. Some nights the Northern Lights are visible en-route to location, and can last throughout the evening. Other nights require patience and positivity, for us to witness a faint glow across the horizon. We recommend you to book your first available night, as this allows us to find the most suitable evening, with the highest chances during your stay in Tromsø. Even though the Aurora appears most nights, it’s all about taking chances.

Staying comfortable on an Arctic winters night is essential, this is why we provide suitable thermal clothing. Once geared up keep warm around the roaring campfire, enjoy a hearty homemade soup, cookies, and hot beverages, whilst getting to know fellow travellers. All our cooking is organic and suitable for vegans.

We understand how important photos are, as passionate photographers we capture vibrant moments of you and the Aurora. If you choose to bring your own camera we can offer help & advice on how to get the most out of your photographs. All our images will be shared with you the very next day at no extra charge.

We love what we do, and the nature that surrounds us. Therefore we strive to be environmentally friendly, and aim to be as sustainable as possible. But most of all we value having good times in breathtaking places with likeminded people.

*Moon Phase: Visiting around new moon will give you the darkest skies, causing the Northern Lights to appear stronger, and on clear nights filling the sky with stars. Whilst during full moon, the Aurora may appear fainter, but illuminates the landscapes which can make for very effect-full photographs.

**Northern Lights Sunset: Autumn (end August - beginning September), Spring (end March - April). During these times it is possible to see the Aurora, but may appear weaker, as the nights are brighter and shorter.
